Who we are
We are a sports exchange company that selects, prepares and guides student-athletes between 18 and 23 years old who are interested in studying and practicing their favorite sport in language schools in Europe.
In addition to exchanges on the European continent, we also offer the opportunity to take language courses and play high-level football in countries with a strong tradition of this sport in Europe, as is the case with our program in Germany.
We offer services that advise these student athletes in the search for the best exchange option according to their profile and objectives.
Highly qualified professionals take care of all preparations for the sports exchange before boarding.

1. FC Köln Football School
FC Köln (inglês: FC Cologne) is a professional football club based in Cologne, Germany.
The club currently plays in the 1. Bundesliga, the top division of German football. In addition to its professional team, FC Cologne also has a highly regarded youth academy and international football school.
Path to becoming a professional football player
This program is designed for highly ambitious football players who want to become professional players in Germany, Europe or their home countries.
German classes at the Football School
Studies are crucial, as you will be a student and an athlete!
Each participant must attend German classes (3 to 5 times a
week) while participating in the football program. Be able to
speaking the local language will not only increase the chances of playing football
professional, but will also have a tremendous impact on studies
futures and employment opportunities.

How it works?
Student-athletes in this program have year-round entry into 1º January, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
You can join the Squad by 3 months, 6 months or a full season (approximately 12 months) depending on the availability of places in the squad.
Furthermore, the ITP (International Talent Program) has a dedicated team of scouts who are constantly looking for promising young talent, both locally and internationally.
This broad approach ensures that the academy identifies the most dedicated and promising players, regardless of their background or location.
BENEFITS OF THE INTERNATIONAL TALENT PROGRAM 1. FC KÖLN:
- Five training sessions per week and two friendlies per month.
- All units are led by professional coaches from 1. FC Köln (UEFA A license).
- Video analysis, performance evaluation and athletic testing.
- Visit to the stadium and visit to 1. FC Köln's training sessions, as well as participation in a Bundesliga game at 1. FC Köln's home ground.
- Each participant receives training equipment from the 1. FC Köln football school.
- All participants will be observed by 1. FC Köln's professional scouts and talented players will have the opportunity to train with 1. FC Köln's youth teams.
- At the end of the program, each participant receives a certificate from 1. FC Köln including a personal performance report.
- All other services (accommodation, visa, etc.) are provided by BP Sports.
